Great Product and Price, but be careful on the shipping January 6, 2009

I am lucky someone was home to take the box into the house because it was shipped in its original box showing the world exactly what it was. I understand the shipping method I chose was to just leave it and not sign for it, but I expected it to be in a undisclosed box. Other then that that, the mixer works great.

We received this item very quickly after we ordered it, and are extremely satisfied with the quality, durability, and how easy it is to use.

The pro-series mixer failed to mix 9 dozen cookies without overheating, and shutting down. When ever large batches of batter or dough are mixed the flour flies out of the bowl I found that it is much easier and quicker to mix by hand, don't waste your money
