excellent product, lightening delivery January 8, 2009 C. Colbert (New Orleans, LA, USA) The Mighty Bright Clip on light is excellent for reading the Bible without disturbing your wife, or lighting your keyboard without illuminating the whole room. It uses 3 AAA batteries that are not included. The delivery time was downright swift at a normal delivery rates. I ordered two more as soon as I received the first one.
Wow! This light is the real deal! January 7, 2009 Gary M. Korzelius (Northern NJ USA) The Mighty Bright Xtraflex2 Clip-on Light is a excellent reading light. It is styled to look, and work nicely with an Amazon Kindle, but it's usefulness does not stop there. It works equally well as a table lamp using it's stable base, and it can be clipped to any book paperback, or hard cover providing a light weight portable lighting solution. It uses two LEDs as it's light source, but using the top mounted switch you can change between using both for extra bright or just one for normal reading. Battery life is really good I have owned this unit for about a month and I am still using my original 3 AAA batteries. For under $15 you CAN NOT beat this light! I would be lost without it.
Best reading light in the history of reading lights January 7, 2009 Daniel Hynds (Derry, NH United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a fantastic reading light - it's lightweight and has two settings, bright and dim. Both are the perfect amount of light and I'm happy with the two settings. I use the dim light if there is already ambient light in the background or if I am reading in bed and don't want it to hurt my eyes. I use it with my Kindle, and the clip slips perfectly onto my Kindle holder. Works great with books too.
Great Little Light January 7, 2009 Kit Carson (Grants Pass, OR USA) This little light works great. I have the original cover that came with the Kindle and when I fold the front cover to the back, the Mighty Bright just clips onto it. Love it.
clip light January 7, 2009 Linda Christensen I really like my clip light when reading in bed. When I get tired I just turn out clip light and go to sleep. Instead of reaching and rolling over to turn out light that usually wakes me up. Were so spoiled.
