Claw your way to a clean lawn September 1, 2010 Richard Rudeen (Connecticut , USA) I had purchased both sets of these claws. This is for the bigger brush you have, and there is a smaller set also. I never cleaned up the leaves so fast. Great item..
My new favorite tool! July 14, 2010 Karen Wagner (Brooklyn, NY) I used these the same day that I received them. I have a lot of leaves and debris that has to be raked and bagged throughout the year. These "gloves" have made my job much easier and I can get the work done in half the time. My back gives me problems when do repeated bending and lifting tasks such as this. Cutting the amount of labor in half makes a big difference in how I feel the next day! I also like the claws these have. Makes it easier to rack in stray leaves as I go.
Midwest Glove 45TA Lawn Claws Leaf Scoops July 12, 2010 John H. Nelson, Camas WA I like it. Comes in handy scooping up leaves and debris easily after raking them into a pile. The large volume scoops make short work of even a large pile of leaves with less spillage than doing it by hand or with the rake.
"Get out the Big Hands" June 16, 2010 Mosky That's what we call them. I was a bit disappointed when I got the box. It was so light, I thought it was empty. The Lawn Claws seemed fragile, and I didn't think much of them. But once I started using them, I was a believer. Leaf-gathering is never going to be really enjoyable, but these hand extensions make it faster and at least tolerable. Better, all the kids wanted to try them, and they could manage to pick up quite a lot with each scoop. We had our $10 of fun and usefulness on the first day...every other use will be gravy!
Bought as an afterthought, but what a joy to use! May 26, 2010 Adam Derus This set of garden claws was purchased as an afterthought to qualify for free shipping. I gigured 'why not' as they were well priced and appeared to be of some small value.
I was surprised and delighted by the versatility and functionality of them when they arrived!
The design is simple and straight forward- nothing hidden or needed to figure out: straps are made of heavy-duty elastic and are adjustable, the claw side picks up debris without collapse, and the back side of these is a perfect dustpan for the small stuff you don't get with the claws.
My neighbors looked at me funny when I offered them to pick up debris from a shrub that had been trimmed, and gt very quiet when they used 'em- and used 'em, and continued to do so until the pile was gone. I got the impression they were not easy to return to me.
So, don't think twice- if you use them three times in a season, they will pay for themselves 3 times over.
