great little pruners November 23, 2008 Rebecca S. Meyer (Vail, AZ United States) this tool is dependable and although I have only used it on small project it performs well.
Good quality, good warranty November 9, 2008 SoCal Gal (CA, United States) My pruners arrived with a missing nut but the customer service rep at Toro happily mailed me a new pair. They work very well for someone with little hand strength. They're great for cuts on branches of trees and shrubs, especially the ones that have died and I need to cut them back. They do not, however, replace bypass pruners for delicate stems like roses or hydrangeas. They can crush some stems, not always, but it is worth mentioning. Compared to other ratcheting pruners, these are light, comfortable and the holes in the handle make it possible to hang on a nail.
OK for light pruning October 7, 2008 john I found these pruners fine for light pruning and dead heading. They are mildly disappointing as some very small tasks take two or more clips to make the cut. Still they are lightweight and comfortable to use. Considering the price, I am satisfied with them.
a bargin that works unreal good July 18, 2008 georay (in) for the money it is well worth it,i told freinds and they bought also & was pleased thxs amazon
good product July 7, 2008 Royal B. Kellogg This is a good set of ratchet clippers, solidly built. Ratchet clippers are, in my opinion, better than the non-ratchet but more common type, because of the leverage action.
