Amazon.com Product Description Designed for those with smaller hands who may prefer a smaller and lighter pruner, the Felco small hand pruner is comfortable to use yet every bit as sturdy and powerful as all the other Felco pruners. Ideal for small pruning work such as grape vines, shrubs, and young trees, it is also the choice of many florists. The anvil blade is screw-mounted for easy re-sharpening or blade replacement, while the shorter blades facilitate closer cutting to the stem of the plant. Measuring 7-by-1/4-inches and weighing only 7.5-ounces, the pruner features a 0.8-inch cutting capacity and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

Smaller hands does not mean for smaller women December 14, 2008 Lee Greeley (SE Alaska) It was the "Smaller hands" part that caught my eye and was what I wanted, but these are still too big for me, 5'tall and under 100 lbs. Maybe they were thinking of small men? The clipper part is good, they just bounce out of my hand without a good stretch on my part.

I purchased this for my girlfriend who is a florist. She is constantly raving about them, and is upset when she brings it home to garden and forgets to take it back to work.
Grammiecantoo August 29, 2008 Pamela Magyar (Lexington, KY United States) Gulped at the price but bought them anyway...glad I did, they are amazing and worth every penny.
Best pruners ever August 26, 2008 Fatika (Roswell,GA) I finally purchased these pruners after reading about them. They are trully the best I have ever used. Worth the money.
Very comfortable June 9, 2008 Leucanthemum (Brooklyn, NY) I have quite small hands, and many aspects of gardening are sometimes challenging because of this. I appreciate Felco's consideration in providing these very comfortable and extremely efficient tools to us tiny-handed consumers.
