I was satisfied with this pruner, it did everything it was supposed to, but I used it a lot and the return spring broke. It isn't easy to open this thing by hand after each cut and before the next one, so I am no longer satisfied. I paid the 30 bucks for it before the latest price reduction and as far as I'm concerned, it should last longer at that price.
I have no idea where to buy parts for this thing or if it's even possible, but if I can get a new spring in there then I will be happy again and it would get five stars.
