used this product to try to start a fire in an new fire put using pinion wood. product burns very well but didnt burn long enough to get the wood ignited so ended up using quite a few of them. cant necessarily blame that on the product, dont know if the issue was the wood or what but I would still recommend this product and would actually buy it again. has a good flame, easy and convenient to use.
