This is a great size for The salad greens kit August 30, 2010

I own several areogardens, two of the Pro 200 series, one classic areogaren and the aerogarden3 The three is the perfect size in my opinion for the salid greens kit. The greens kit grows quickly, supplying you with daily gresh greens for sandwiches and salads for months. It's compact size takes up very little space.
Pros:
1) compact size fits in tight places.
2) Good for growing the faster growing kits so you don't end up with too much yield and waist
Cons:
1) water level indicator is not easy to read, the fill lid is small but a watering can compensates.
2) The bubble stone in my opinion is not quite as good as the water pump in the largwer units, but it does work
Overall, i love aerogardens, i've used them going on three years. they keep me in fresh vegetables and greens during the cold winter months.

This is an additional one we are ordering. We have been using one for a year and it is great for herbs and edible flowers. We highly recommend it.
