This clock looks very nice, but looks don't matter if it does not work. I bought this clock four months ago and it just stopped working properly. The seller only has a 30 day return policy, so I went to La Crosse Technology. I explained the problem and sent them a copy of the purchase order. They sent me back a very long, detailed list of instructions as to how to possibly make this clock work. They should not have bothered. The clock still does not work. So I emailed them again and they sent me a very complicated, long, and detailed sheet of how to send it back. By the time I finished reading it I was so mad I told them to forget the whole thing. The clock cost a little over $40 and I figured by the time I would pay to send it back and follow all their inane return instuctions I would have spent another $40 in time and postage. Since their customer service was on the very lousy side, I told them I would just write a review on Amazon to hopefully prevent someone else from spending money on their products. Whatever happened to customer service?

This clock is well assembled, easy to set, and the atomic clock by radio feature has it keeping time very well.
