I like this clock so much, I have two of them in my house. They are extremely acccurate and highly visible in the daylight, but lack a night light option. However, normal room lighting at night is sufficient for viewing the info. One hint on initial setup - at first you might think that you are not receiving the signal from Colorado (I think it originates in Colorado) and you will try placing the clock in various rooms and at various angles, none of which is your preferred location. Don't be too hasty. I have found that it can take several hours until the clock sincs-up with the signal. Also give some serious thought as to where you place the outdoor wireless sensor. Everybody places it in the shade and the readings you get will accurately depict what the weather station claims the temperature is (they also measure temperature in the shade). However, if you are out cutting the grass, do you really care what the temperature is in the shade? What you really want to know is how hot is it where you are working (in the sun). I place the sensor in the sun. The difference between sun and shade temperature can be more than 30 degrees. So when the weatherman tells you it is 80 degrees outside, check the sun temperature (maybe 110 degrees) before you decide to cut the grass.

I installed this Clock/weather station in our motorcycle trailer. It was easy to mount and looks great. The time display is very large and easy to read from a distance. The weather display has been accurate for the weather since it was installed. If you've never had a clock that sets itself, you'll find the feature remarkable. For some reason it's just nice to know EXACTLY what time it is. Sounds strange, but this is my favorie clock, and you can bet I've never said that to anyone before!

I'm satisfied with purchasing this clock. It took about 24 hours before the time and temperatures and dates were displaying correctly. The outdoor transmitter needed to be placed somewhere where it would stay dry. After searching around the house, I decided to put it in a deck box. I thought there was something wrong with the time setting but then realized it was showing EST which was 3 hours ahead. I read the manual to learn how to adjust the time zone, which was easy.
